Our Team

 

Rupert Brandmeier

has studied Business & Economics, English and Archaeology. He has more than 30 years experience in international businesses, public sector and Academia.

Covering a large area of subjects, his prime interests in Management are

  • leadership and organizational development in an transformation/ turn-around set-up
  • program- and project management of high complexity and international diversity
  • Digitalization, Innovation Management and Resilience

Current research projects are “Benchmarking & Beyond” a contemporary approach to innovation management, Cyber-Security Awareness and HR-related topics.

He held managerial positions at global companies and worked as an executive management consultant in a number of restructuring and turn-around projects. He is currently engaged as an IT- program director in a public sector environment.

Bettina Marcinkowski

holds a Magister Artium (M.A.) in American Studies and Organizational Psychology from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich. She got an ERASMUS scholarship for American Studies at the Université d`Orléans, France.

Her prime interests and current research projects in Human Resources Management are

  • Diversity & Inclusion, Gender studies
  • Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Talent Management
  • Selection methodologies, Organizational development, Leadership styles

She gained over the last 25 years extensive work experience in international, highly ranked companies of diverse industries (Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Information Technology, Construction & Transportation). She is a charismatic leader of diverse, international and cross-functional HR teams and won several Employer Awards. 

Besides her activities as organizational psychologist she takes a vital interest in almost all areas of health management, work-life balance methods and physical fitness activities.

Ralf Platvoet

has studied Electronics and Economics. His more than 30 years of experience covers a wide range of industries from service to production and companies form small family business to global players in Germany and Europe.

Covering a large area of subjects, his prime interests in Management are

  • leadership and organizational development in a transformation/ turn-around set-up
  • Business planning & financial modelling and improving controlling systems
  • Digitalization of Management and Administration.

Current research projects are “Application of Machine Learning and AI in economics and controlling” a contemporary approach to improve financial management.

He held managerial positions at different companies and works as an executive management consultant and interim manager in a number of restructuring and turn around projects.

Florian Rupp

was appointed Professor for Mathematics at the Kutaisi International University in 2020. Since 2017 Professor Rupp was and is involved in various cyber and digitalization projects as the Director of the Think Tank Cyber and Innovation Labs, as Chief Digital Officer of RailMaint GmbH, as Senior Project Manager and later Principal Consultant at BWI GmbH. He is associated to the Research Center CODE at the University of the Armed Forces, Munich. Moreover, he is Partner at the Institute for Applied Mechanism Design (IFAMD) and at Transformation Consulting International.
Professor Rupp’s research interests comprise stochastic dynamical systems and their stability/ bifurcations, Hamiltonian systems and (classical) molecular dynamics, applications and mathematical modeling in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering and in particular the Social Sciences, as well as the simulation of PDEs with stochastic/ random forcing or controls.
He was the Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Science at the German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, from 2013 to 2017. Prior, he was Akademischer Rat a.Z. at the Department of Mathematics at the Technische Universität München. Since 2011 Florian Rupp is the Vice-President of the “Hurwitz-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Mathematik an der TU München e.V”. Inter alia, he had several visiting faculty positions at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology near Jeddah, Saudi-Arabia, the African Institute for the Mathematical Science in Cape Town, South Africa, the Technische Universität Wien, and the TU München.
In 2002 Dr. Rupp obtained his Diploma in Mathematics with chemistry as a minor at the TU München. During his PhD-studies he held a scholarship of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft at the Graduate School Applied Algorithmic Mathematics in Munich and received the degree of a Dr. rer. nat. in Mathematics under the supervision of Prof. Dr. J. Scheurle at the TUM in 2005.
Besides others, Professor Rupp is a member of the interdisciplinary pan-European research network Center of Conflict Resolution (CCR), and member of the International Editorial Advisory Board of the Proceedings of the Institute of Mathematics & Mechanics, National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
